So often I respond to sign calls on my listings and its a homeowner asking for advice.  Is it time to sell my home or should I spend the money to upgrade first?  I love this question!  It gives me an opportunity to make future clients and offer advice along the way.  The key to answering this long time question of selling vs. remodeling is easy-  just listen and let them talk.  Sellers know what to do, they just need someone to verify the obvious.  Let them talk until they reveal the answer themselves!  I found this great article on overrated home projects:  "8 most overrated home projects"

The Albuquerque Dukes were back home yesterday!   Retro night at the Lab provided fans with a look back into ABQ's history as the DUKES instead of the Isotopes took the field.  Tommy Lasorda was there to give a heart felt speech before our boys took the field.  Let me just say that the Dukes Jingle is my all time favorite song!  Nothing better than the feeling you get when the music blares and the Red and White uniforms take the field!  Tell me I'm wrong!  tweet me on Twitter!
